I make sure your workouts focus on form and function and enable you to do the things you enjoy in life! You can still do all of the same activities in your 70's & 80's if you look after your body now.
No gym? No problem! During our initial consultation we will discuss your access to equipment and build a program around what you already have at home or in your local area. I'll also make suggestions of some basic equipment you may want to buy.
I offer all of my personal training online so no matter where you are you can always get your workout done!

I only take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure you receive the focus and attention that you deserve. I conduct initial and ongoing assessments, and work behind the scenes between each session, planning and evaluating, to ensure your ongoing success. Most importantly I want to make sure you enjoy your program and have fun!
I offer a variety of tools, advice and support during your program. I take the time to get to know you personally and you will be interacting with me directly, either in person, via the internet or on the phone.
I am flexible with my platforms and can work with FaceTime, Zoom, Whatsapp, whatever is most convenient for you. I check in regularly with texts and emails between sessions, so you will always feel supported and connected!
I go wherever you do! I offer all of my services online, so you can take me with you on vacation, business travel or if you just don't want to leave the house. My services are of the same high quality online as they would be in person.
