I’ve been in the health and wellness industry since 2012, working all over the world from New York and Florida to London, before settling down in Rutland, UK. My passion for health and fitness began over ten years ago when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to do everything I could to support his recovery and help his body cope with the treatments he was undergoing. That experience made me realise just how important both diet and exercise are for long-term health.
I wanted to learn everything I could about health and fitness, so I decided to become a certified personal trainer and health coach. Along the way, I realised that diet is just as important as exercise, which led me to train at Rouxbe, a leading plant-based culinary school, becoming a plant-based professional. This training allows me to create meals that are not only nutritious but genuinely delicious, supporting health from the inside out.
My philosophy is simple: focus on getting your body functioning properly, and everything else follows. Being healthy isn’t just about how you look, it’s about how you feel. I help people build long-term, sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle, improve wellbeing, and give them energy, strength, and confidence.
I created The Rock Health Hub to make health and fitness information accessible to more people. It’s an online platform with on-demand workouts, healthy recipes, and practical resources to help you move, nourish, and thrive at your own pace. I also love returning to in-person training with my signature Rock Your Body class, bringing energy, guidance, and community to every session.
For me, health is about finding simple, realistic ways to make lasting changes. These small, achievable shifts in your daily routine can create results you can maintain and feel great about, inside and out.
I hold current Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach Certifications with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
I am a Certified Plant-Based Professional with the Rouxbe Culinary School. I am also a Certified Nutrition Instructor with FiTour and graduate of the Plant Fed Gut Masterclass.
