Ready to move, sweat and feel amazing? Join me in Manton, Oakham for a fun, full-body fitness class that mixes strength and cardio rounds to keep things fresh and effective. Whether you're new to exercise or a seasoned pro, this class is designed to challenge and energise you at any level.
All you need is a mat, some water and a towel – let's get moving!

Cancellation Policy

Please note I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. This helps keep things fair for everyone and gives waitlisted clients the chance to join. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before class to avoid being charged.
