We concentrate on GUT HEATH and how to support you gut with the right foods, and foods to avoid. We discuss how to deal with bloating and why your gut affects your brain, skin and much more.
We learn how to lighten the TOXIC LOAD with diet, how best to support the detox organs and cheat sheets on the best swaps to non toxic products.
Learn the habits you need to LIVE LIFE and create a healthy balance that you can sustain long after the program has finished.
You will get a 30 minute 1 on 1 call/facetime/zoom with me to go through your goals, and discuss which program would be best suited to you and your individual needs.
I will be there every step of the way to support you through your program. You will get 1:1 coaching and weekly check ins from me for the duration of your program. I will also help you transition from your reset and introduce you to the 80/20 Principle.
